ANCESTRAL TERROIRS

“I worked with vines all around the world. I never found a terroir like Irpinia.”

Pierpaolo Sirch

ANCIENT VINES IN A PRESERVED LANDSCAPE

Irpinia is a naturally biodiverse ecosystem where vineyards, extremely diversified in exposure, age and the texture of the soils, still coexist with many other traditional cultivations.

Century-old, prephylloxera wines were preserved and constitute a unique
heritage but also our gateway to the future.

CLIMATE

Far from Southern Italian stereotypes… mountain viticulture, fresh and rainy climate.

SOILS

From the volcanic ashes of Taurasi to the mineral, sulphureous stones in Tufo,
every inch of soil tells a different story.

VITICULTURE

In Irpinia, viticultural practices rely on an established agricultural tradition,
passed through families for generations, far from any intensive farming practice.

MYSTICAL PLACES

Founded by Saint Gulielmus (XII century), the Goleto Abbey preserved its beauty and remains today an emblem of Irpinia. A magical place, wrapped in light and mystery.
